have been caught, hunting dogs lose their value.
When our enemy Wu was wiped out by us, we
both became worthless, just like bows and arrows and dogs.
I hope you will join me in leaving the
Kingdom of Yue as soon as possible.
From what I have observed, our king will
treat us with great respect when he needs our help.
But after he has succeeded, he is not a
person who is willing to share the fruits of victory.
If you continue to work with him, your life
may be in danger.
After reading the letter, Wen Zhong made
his decision.
He did not leave the Kingdom of Yue, but
chose to continue to work for the central government of the Kingdom of Yue.
A few months later, the king killed Wen
Zhong to consolidate his power.

當我們的敵人吳國被我們被消滅後，我們倆就像那弓箭與獵犬一樣已經失去價值。

但是在他成功了之後，他不是一個願意分享勝利的果實的人。

文種看了這封信後，他做出了他的選擇。

幾個月後，國王為了鞏固自己的權力所以他就把文種殺了。
