the King of Qi sent an ambassador to Zhao who had visited many kingdoms and had
extensive diplomatic experience.
The ambassador went to the palace of the

our kingdom live a prosperous life, and our kingdom has a good harvest this
year.
After hearing the ambassador's answer, the
Queen Mother of Zhao smiled and nodded.
The ambassador hesitated for a minute, then
asked the queen mother.I have a question for you. What makes you different from
the queen mothers of other kingdoms?The queen mothers of other kingdoms would
first ask me whether our noble king is safe, but why are you most concerned
with whether the crops of our lower-class people will be well harvested?
The Zhao Queen Mother replied with a smile.
I believe that if the people of a kingdom
have a good harvest, their lives will be stable and prosperous. If the people
of a kingdom have a stable and prosperous life, the national strength of the
kingdom will be strong.The Qi Kingdom has a bumper harvest of agricultural
produce this year, so the people will have a stable life. If the people have a
stable life, they will naturally support the King of Qi, and the throne of the
King of Qi will be stable.
