been thinking about the days we lived together in Nanpi a few years ago. Those
happy times will always be with me, and I think about them from time to time.
I remember that we were both very young
back then. We both loved reading. We read widely and derived a lot of enjoyment
from it.
We often got together to discuss our
thoughts on those classic Chinese books. In our spare time, we played Go
(Weiqi). I remember we even played some gambling games together.
It was summer then, and we often went
hunting together. We ate together every day.
I remember us throwing melons, plums and
other fruit into the cold spring water. I can almost see the melons floating on
